Information We Collect
When you submit a contact, rental, financing, service, credit, or quote form, we collect the information you provide, typically your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your request. We may also collect basic technical information (IP address, browser) for security and rate-limiting purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule service or rentals, process financing requests, and follow up on quotes or orders. If you opt in to SMS messaging, we also use your phone number to reply to you by text as described in our Terms and Conditions.

Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with service providers who help us operate the business (for example, our email delivery provider or SMS carrier), and only to the extent necessary to provide the service you requested. We may disclose information if required by law.

We use first-party cookies to measure site traffic. We do not use Google Analytics or third-party advertising trackers, and visitor IP addresses are never shared outside our own server. You can decline analytics cookies from the banner shown on your first visit.
Data Retention & Security
We retain inquiry and customer information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or tax obligations. Credit application records are encrypted at rest and are automatically deleted on a short schedule. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no internet transmission is 100% secure.
